Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

American Sanskrit Institute's shipping charges are based on the weight of the products ordered. Shipping charges are computed and displayed for all products featured on our Web site when you check out.

U.S. and International Orders will be shipped via USPS Postal Service. Please allow 5 to 10 business days to receive your order.

Express shipping is available upon request for extra fees. Please email to: sales@americansanskrit.com to inquire about product lead time and availability. There will be additional charges for 2nd- and 3rd-day Delivery.

Returns

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with our products. All returned and exchanged items must be in original condition, unused and accompanied by a sales receipt or invoice. American Sanskrit Institute will accept returns for full refund of items within 14 days of delivery of purchase. After 14 days of delivery, items can be exchanged for credit only. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or credited. The purchaser assumes all shipping, handling, and insurance costs on returns.

If your package arrives with visible damage to the outer carton, save broken item(s) and packing materials in the original shipping carton and notify the carrier immediately to request a damage inspection. Alert us that you have a claim. After your claim is approved, we will credit your account or replace the damaged goods. No Allowance can be made unless this procedure is followed. American Sanskrit In is not responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in transit.

Cancellation Policy

No charge if cancellation is made before the order is shipped.

Refund Policy

Within 30 days of purchase, we will provide a full refund less Shipping and Handling charges and 5% restocking fee on returned items. Verbal request accepted.
